Today we highlight sophomore cross country runner Noah Cziryak, who will be the top runner on Coach Ryan Hughes' men’s team in Fall 2019. See his profile below.

Year: Sophomore

Hometown: Currently resides in Glendora,  NJ.

High School: Triton Regional High, Class of 2018.

Height:  5'8"

Weight: 160

Position: No. 1 distance runner on Fall 2019 Men's Cross Country roster.

Statistics: Improved steadily throughout the 2018 campaign, earning All Region XIX First Team Honors. Performed well in all of the team’s major meets, including the St. Joseph’s College Invitational at Sunken Meadows Park.  Noah was also a contributor in the distance events to the Men’s Track Team’s NJCAA Division III National Championship team in Spring 2019.

At Triton Regional, Noah was a consistent place-winner in major meets such as the South Jersey Open, Camden County Championships, and South Jersey sectionals.

Hobbies/Favorite Activities: Enjoys sneaker shopping – is a bit biased toward Adidas, but likes all major brands.

Major: Physical education. Will continue on to a four-year school where he will continue running cross country and earn his four-year Bachelor’s degree. Hopes to teach high school physical education and coach cross country and track.

Noah Cziryak’s Outlook on 2019 Season: "We have a talented group of runners coming in as freshmen and everyone is working hard. We expect to have a great season."

Coach Ryan Hughes on Noah Cziryak: "Noah will be our clear front runner after a solid 2018 season and a great performance in the Region XIX race. He is aiming for All-American honors this season and is capable this goal after his summer of hard work. And he will have a solid pack supporting him."
