Selena Chila, a two-sport athlete at Paulsboro High School, signed her letter of intent on December 12, 2019 to take her talents to the Roadrunner softball diamond at Rowan College of South Jersey-Gloucester in 2020. She played field hockey and softball. In 2018, Chila racked up the stat sheet for the Red Raiders with 21 RBIs, 1 HR, 24 Hits and 21 Runs and threw a total of 86 strikes.
What made you choose Rowan College of South Jersey â€" Gloucester?
"It felt like home when I toured and the program is amazing!" Chila said.
Your thoughts on Selena Chila?
"Selena Chila will be a great addition to our roadrunner softball family. She brings to us all of the positive characteristics it takes to become a star in our program. We can't wait to see her take the field in the fall of 2020" Coach Steve DePasquale said.
Chila will be ready to make a major impact in the softball program here at RCSJ-Gloucester. She enters as an undecided major.
