​​​Steve DePasquale has served as the only head coach of the Rowan College at Gloucester County Softball Team, where he has recorded 760 wins in his first 25 seasons. 

In 2012, DePasquale led the Roadrunners to their second NJCAA National Championship title. In 2011, DePasquale had his breakthrough season earning the college's first Softball National Championship. During both of those seasons, DePasquale and assistant coach Mark Enders were honored as the NFCA National Coaching Staff of the Year. In 2007, DePasquale led the Roadrunners to a 3rd place finish at the 2007 NJCAA Division III World Series Softball Tournament in Rochester, Minnesota. In 2006, DePasquale and his staff were recognized as the NFCA Eastern Regional Coaching Staff of the Year for the second time in his tenure. The first time DePasquale and his staff were honored as the NFCA Eastern Regional Coaching Staff of the Year was in 2000 when the Roadrunners advanced to the Region XIX Finals. In recent years, Coach D guided the Runners to Region XIX crowns in 2016 and 2017. 

Prior to becoming the Roadrunners’ Head Softball Coach, DePasquale served as the varsity girls basketball coach at Glassboro High School where his teams won 2 conference championships during his 4 year stint. He also worked as an assistant coach for 9 years with the Glassboro Bulldogs Football program, acting as the defensive coordinator in his final 6 seasons. Additionally, DePasquale is the founder of South Jersey Rage Youth Travel Softball Organization.

DePasquale attended Glassboro State College and Atlantic Community College, graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts. He is currently a Teacher of Culinary Arts at Gloucester County Institute of Technology where he has worked for over 25 years. Coach D was elected to the Gloucester County Sports Hall of Fame in 2016. 

A native of South Jersey a​nd graduate of Williamstown High School, DePasquale resides in Williamstown with his wife Karen and has three children, Amy, Randy and Danielle, along with four grandchildren.
