Roadrunner women's soccer standout Leigh Swietanski (West Deptford) has been selected to the NJCAA Division III All-American Second Team! Congratulations Leigh!

The Roadrunners' Female Athlete of the Fall 2019 Season, Leigh led the women's soccer team to a Region XIX championship and a spot in the NJCAA National Championship Tournament. She provided one of the most memorable goals in Roadrunner Athletics history when she scored the game winner with seconds remaining to secure a 1-0 win over Union County in the Region XIX title game in November. Leigh played a key role in helping coach Megan Ruttler's Runners overcome a 1-5 start to win a Region championship. She finished the season with 14 goals, including 4 game-winning goals! Leigh was selected as Region XIX Player of the Year.

"Our team was so close all season long and we bonded together even though we had a tough start to the season," said Swietanski, am education major. "We're looking forward to even more success next season. I hope to be a major part of that success."
