Freshman forward Ja'Zere Noel scored a game-high 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to help the RCGC men's basketball team avenge an early season loss in an 80-67 triumph over visiting Camden County College Tuesday night.

Also scoring in twin figures were guard Tyler Lunsford (18 points), forward Stevynjaamad Hawkins (14), and guard Luciano Lubrano (13).

RCGC led the game 30-25 at halftime in another tight battle, but held firm by outscoring the visitors 50-42 in the second half.

The Runners, No. 6 in the latest NJCAA Division III national rankings, dropped a heart-breaking one-point contest to the Cougars on December 21 before embarking on a 17-game win streak.

Next up for coach Will Wareham's team, which boasts of a 23-3 overall record and 15-2 conference mark, will be an away contest at Community College of Philadelphia on Thursday starting at 7 pm.
