Megan Lord Selected for All-Region Honors, Announces Commitment to Stockton

RCGC Women's soccer star Megan Lord was named to the Division III All-East Region First Team as a midfielder by the United Soccer Coaches, which includes colleges from both the NJCAA and California schools that are members of the College Services program.

Megan also recently committed to Stockton and will be joining former RCGC standout Madison Dorney, who enjoyed a fabulous year for the Ospreys this past season.

The East Region honors capped a fabulous career at RCGC for Lord. For the second straight year, Megan was selected as Roadrunner Female Athlete of the Fall Season following another standout soccer campaign in which she led coach Megan Ruttler's team into the NJCAA Region XIX Division III playoffs.

Megan collected many honors the past two seasons while turning in some outstanding performances on the field. This included earning First Team NJCAA Region XIX All-Star Honors for two years in succession as a midfielder and being selected as Region XIX Player of the Year in 2017. She also led the Roadrunners to Region XIX playoff berths two years in a row and earning Junior College Female Athlete of the Year award from the CAANJ during her sophomore season.
