Freshman basketball forward Ja'Zere Noel was selected as the Men's Male Athlete of the Season, it was announced during the annual Winter sports banquet on March 7.
Ja'Zere enjoyed a sensational season in which he averaged 21 points and 9.8 rebounds per game. The Men's team finished in the Final Four of the Region XIX Tournament with a 28-4 overall record.
Sophomore point guard Nayana, who transferred to RCGC from Holy Family University, was selected as the Female Athlete of the Winter Season. She proved to ba a valuable player on Coach Rich Cooper's team, averaging 13 points per game in 18 games to help RCGC to a Region XIX playoff berth.
