The men's and women's track and field teams wrapped up their spring break with a trip down South to the Towson Invitational hosted by Towson University on March 16th. The weather was much better this week for the Roadrunners and the mostly NCAA Division I competition helped to spark some impressive performances.

On the women's side, the team had 12 seasonal best performances in events as well as 3 NJCAA Nationals qualifying performances from Kara Knorr in the shot put, discus, and javelin.

On the men's side, the team came home with 14 seasonal best performances as well as 2 NJCAA Nationals qualifying performances from Josh Washington in the 200m and AJ Davis in the javelin. The teams continue to put in good work at practice and are looking forward to their next meet, the Purple and Gold Invitational hosted by West Chester University.
