Season Preview: Roadrunner Volleyball Poised to Repeat Success in Spring 2021

The Roadrunner volleyball program experienced a breakout season in Fall 2019, and head coach Rebecca Pierson hopes this is just the start of a winning tradition in the sport at RCSJ Gloucester.

Pierson's Roadrunners finished a superb Fall 2019 campaign with a 13-5 overall record while sharing the Garden State Athletic Conference crown, a first in school history. They also competed for the Region XIX District 1 championship vs. Raritan Valley.

And with a team loaded with several returning players and talented newcomers the Runners will look to continue their success in the Spring of 2021.

The Spring 2021 season will be an opportunity for the Runners to test lineup combinations and see how talented new players fit into the mix as they prep for a full season this fall.

Pierson's team opens their Spring 2021 campaign by visiting Middlesex College on Monday, March 1 in a 7 pm start.
