Jack Billings allowed four hits and struck out 7, lifting the No. 1 nationally ranked Roadrunner Baseball team to an 8-2 triumph over No. 3 RCSJ Cumberland on May 11.

The win was the second in the past two weeks for Billings over the Dukes as he raised his record to 4-0. Tom Kane earned the save with three innings of solid relief work.

Freshman slugger John Cristino slammed a two-run homer to highlight a six-run fourth inning as the Runners raced to a 6-0 lead. Also finishing with two RBIs each were first baseman Jim White and shortstop Sean Szetowicki.

Coach Rob Valli's team improved their record to 31-4-1 overall as they head into next week's North Atlantic District championships. See seedngs below.
