Roadrunner Men's Basketball Tops Passaic CCC to Win Second Straight

Following a slow start, the No. 8 nationally ranked Roadrunner Men's Basketball Team turned things around and rolled to a 72-53 triumph over visiting Passaic County to notch a key GSAC and Region 19 victory Saturday afternoon.

It was enough to help Coach Rich Casey's team win their second straight and improve to 11-2 overall.

The Panthers raced out to a fast 7-0 lead before the Runners responded with 9 straight points and finished the first half with a slim 27-26 lead. RCSJ played a strong second half by outscoring Passaic, 45-26, to seal the triumph.

Guard Eriq Campbell pumped in 21 points to lead all scorers while center Josh Randall collected 19 points and pulled down 12 rebounds. Sophomore guard Quantavious Rogers added 12 points, 4 assists and 2 steals.
