Season Preview: Roadrunner Men's & Women's Track Teams Have High Expectations Entering 2024 Campaign

The Roadrunner Men's and Women's Track & Field teams open their 2024 season Saturday at the Salisbury (Maryland) University Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet and in the process hope to build on their solid success from a year ago.

The Runners, coached by veteran Ryan Hughes, turned in solid performances in Spring 2023 in closing out the postseason, with the men placing third in the nation in the NJCAA DIII National Championships at Mohawk Valley and the women ninth overall.

And that was not all.

The Runners also racked up dozens of postseason individual honors, including 29 Region 19 and 9 NJCAA All-American awards along with 3 national champions. Here is the complete list below.

RCSJ returns a solid veteran core -- and they are also coming off triumphant Region 19 championships in both men's and women's cross country meets this past Fall.

See the rosters below for both the Men's and Women's teams -- and check back for Opening Day results from Salisbury University on March 2-3.
