Freshman midfielder Leigh Swietanski (West Deptford) scored her team-leading 10th goal of the season -- and it proved to be the game-winner -- at the outset of the second half to lift the Roadrunner women's soccer team to a 2-1 triumph over visiting Rowan Burlington Tuesday afternoon.

The win lifted the Runners' record to 7-7-1 overall and got the home team back on track following two losses in a row,

Goalkeeper Allison Gebhart (Delsea) played a solid game in the nets to earn her seventh win of the campaign.

Next up for coach Megan Ruttler's team is a home match Thursday vs. Lackawanna College starting at 4 pm.
