The Roadrunners' women's soccer team dropped their second straight match in the NJCAA Division III National Championships, a 3-0 decision to Herkimer Community College on Friday at Tompkins Cortland Community College in Dryden, NY.

GAME 1 RECAP
Roadrunner women's soccer battled the #1 seed Brookhaven College in extreme cold and icy field conditions in the first round of the National Championship Tournament. Goalkeeper Allison Gebhart was lights out all match long but two goals snuck through on the day leading to a 2-0 win for Brookhaven.
The Roadrunners now move into the consolation bracket where they will face #4 seed Herkimer CC on Friday at 10:30am.

The No.8 seed Roadrunner women's soccer team will open play in the 2019 NJCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship Tournament Thursday morning when they face No. 1 seed Brookhaven College at Tompkins Cortland Community College in Dryden, NY.
Coach Megan Ruttler's team captured the Region XIX championship with a win over Union County College to qualify for the National Championship Tournament.
Led by leading scorer Leigh Swietanski, the Roadrunners enter their playoff game against Brookhaven (TX) with a 10-7 overall record.
