Freshman Joe Niemic snapped a scoreless tie in the second half with the game's lone goal as the Roadrunner Men's Soccer Team continued their fine play with a 1-0 triumph over visiting County College of Morris Saturday afternoon.
Freshman Jake Fazi had the assist on the goal.
Goalkeepers Connor Rink and James Bartolotto combined for the shutout.
The Runners, No. 9 in the NJCAA Division III National Rankings, improved to 4-1 overall while the Titans fell to 1-2-1.
Next up will be a home contest at 3:30pm on Tuesday vs. Union CC.
Roadrunner men's soccer will play home Saturday, September 14 as CC Morris makes a visit to Deptford, NJ. The game is a key Region XIX and Garden State Athletic Conference match between two talented rivals.
Kickoff is at 12:00 pm.
