Sophomore Robert Piontkowski scored three goals while Noah Heitz and Dylan Kodama added goals to lead the Roadrunner Men's Soccer team to a 5-0 win at Bucks County CC Friday. Goalie Diego Torres Eguiluz was perfect in the nets with six saves.
Piontkowski, one of last season's top returnees, scored two of his goals in the first half while Heitz added another score with an assist from Tyler Lowe for a 3-0 halftime lead.
The win was a dramatic turnaround from an opening day loss to Camden County College at Rutgers Camden earlier in the week. The Runners evened their record at 1-1.
Next up will be a tough match vs. Mercer CCC on Sept. 5 at home in a 4 pm start.
