Jeffreys, Deveney-Bethea Pave the Way as No. 6 Roadrunners Topple Sussex

Freshman forward Danielle Jeffreys tossed in 28 points while sophomore forward Trina Deveney-Bethea collected 10 points and 5 blocked shots, lifting the unbeaten Roadrunner Women's Basketball team to a 72-42 win over host Sussex County Community College Tuesday night.

The No. 6 nationally ranked Runners controlled the tempo throughout most of the contest. Sophomore forward Qeiajae Canty dished out 7 assists to help out offensively.

Next up for the Runners will be an away game vs. Bergen County Community College on Dec. 16 in an 6 pm start.
