Freshman guard Jonaysia Clarke deposited 16 points while registering four steals, and forward Tireya Wyatt added 12 points, lifting the Roadrunner Women's Basketball team to a 74-53 victory over host Sussex County Community College on Saturday.

Center Riley Starke also chipped in with 11 points and 14 rebounds along with 5 blocks and three steals.

The Runners, who won their second straight, improved to 14-3 overall and 8-1 in the Garden State Athletic Conference.

The Skylanders raced out to a 17-10 first quarter lead before Rich Cooper's team enjoyed a 25-9 surge in the second quarter for a 34-26 halftime lead.

Next up for the Runners will be a visit to GSAC and Region 19 rival Brookdale on January 26th. Tip off is 5 pm.
