Guard Destiny Hines and forward Maxine Ampofo scored 16 points each, leading the Roadrunner Women's Basketball team to a decisive 83-28 road triumph over host Bergen CCC Tuesday.

Also contributing to the offensive assault were forward Jermyra Bethea with 15 points and teammates Jacqueline Carabello and Tireya Wyatt with 14 apiece.

The win was the fifth straight for the Runners, who are now 5-2 after starting the season 0-2.

The Runners held an early 19-3 lead after the first quarter and never looked back. They outscored the Bulldogs, 30-8, in the second quarter and 18-6 in the third period, closing out with a 16-11 surge in the fourth quarter.

Next up will be a road game vs. Community College of Philadelphia on Saturday, Dec. 16th in a 12 pm start.
