So far so good for 6-5 forward Ja'Zere Noel, a former Woodbury High star, in his adjustment to the college basketball game.
For the second game in a row, the first-year player turned in a double-double, scoring 25 points and grabbing 11 rebounds to lead the Roadrunners to a 105-72 win over visiting Sussex County College on Saturday.
Also contributing to the win were guard Luciano Lebrano, who netted 14 points, guard Alex Angeles with 15, and guard NaQuan McPherson with 12. Forward Kenar Gulley also hit twin figures with 11.
The Runners (2-0) raced out to a 16-0 lead and increased the advantage to 27-2 midway through the first half. They led at halftime 50-27 and then outscored the Skylanders 55-45 in the second half.
