Sophomore L.J. Carter deposited 20 points and sophomore Christian Lee added 18, but it wasn't enough as the Roadrunner men's basketball team dropped a heartbreaking 80-76 decision to host Camden County College in the spring season opener for both squads.

The game was close all the way, but the Runners were unable to grab their first win.

"We were right there with them the whole way but just could not pull it out in the end," commented second-year coach Will Logan.

The two teams meet again Saturday when the Roadrunners host Camden County in a 1 pm start at the Roadrunner Athletics Complex.
