Freshman guard Daniel Wellington pumped in 17 points and guards Nick Sambour and Khayri Ransom added 15 apiece to lift the Roadrunner Men's Basketball team past host Salem Community College 85-76. Runners improve to 9-9 overall.
RCSJ also received 13 points from forward Laddis Taylor while forward Jeremy Young contributed 9 rebounds. The winners chalked up 16 points off of turnovers while outrebounding the Mighty Oaks 38-30. The Runners raced to a commanding 38-26 halftime lead before holding off a late Oaks' rally for the win.
Next up for Coach Will Logan's Runners will be a home game vs. Mercer County Community College in a 7:30 pm start.
